bash scripts/validate-docs.sh

The script checks:

• language-switch badges and maintained local navigation targets;
• required historical documents and representative AT-command evidence;
• the V1.6RC/UDP change-history evidence;
• removal of empty and obsolete Wiki links from the maintained root README;
• explicit disclosure of historical scope and validation limits.

Observed legacy limitations

• A9_A9G/doc/功能说明.md contains two empty download targets inherited from history.
• A9_A9G/doc/TODO-List.md is empty.
• The selected AT extensions do not constitute a complete modem command manual.
• The release tag V1.6RC is historical naming and is not SemVer.

These items are recorded instead of silently inventing replacement URLs or content.

Not validated

No source build is possible because this repository contains no firmware source or build system. No modem, power-supply, serial-port, GPS, SIM, carrier network, firmware flashing, release-asset checksum, or long-duration test was performed. Passing the script is documentation evidence only, not a product-function claim.
